Ostin vaaleanharmaan silkkipaitapuseron kesällä COS:sta. Sopivan juhlavanarkista tilannetta ei koskaan syntynyt - napit kiinni asti paita on peittävyydessään haaste ja vaatii minusta parikseen ei enempää eikä vähempää kuin kapealahkeiset housut. Viikonloppuna on tulossa sushi-ilta ystävien kanssa, ja toivon, että viimeistään silloin pääsee kaapista. Toivottavasti vielä ulos talosta (en ole valmis emännöimään sushikutsuja ihan vielä)! 

Or in other words: Grey silk blouse needs to get out more. I bought the shirt from COS last summer. The demand approprietly casual party is high. Giant shirt with the buttons done all the way up istn't my idea of evening wear and it cries for a peg-legged jeans. Lets on the weekend go out instead of stayin in.

Daisy by Marc Jacobs is the only scent I've been using ever since I bought it from summer trip - that is when I'm not borrowing from my bf's bathroom shelf!

Crazy Beautiful

Sunday is my only free day on a week usually. Living on a budget, the Fashion Photo Helsinki at Design Museum won over Helsinki Vintage today.

Us girls saw radiant sunshine after a pouring rain! What a sweet thing to hang out on the city with a great friend, see new things, eat a bit and simple walk & talk & laugh a lot. The best thing.

The Addict

Kiintymykseni huulikiiltoihin on vain kasvanut siitä lähtien kun ostin Benefitin Benetint-huulivoiteen. Sen väri on herkullinen, syvä punainen ja se tuntuu kevyeltä. Ruusuntuoksu on kieltämättä tyttömäisessä tuotteessa jo... aika paljon, mutta en silti valittaisi siitä. 

Hauskinta tällä hetkellä on levittää neutraaleille kasvoille väriä sormin ja vähän tahrata huulirajojen yli.

Or in other words: My current favourite cosmetic product must be the Benetint Lip Balm from Benefit. I adore the deep, lush red colour. But the best part is the light feel on lips (no sticky, no glue). The rose scent I would probably leave ashore, but I'm not complaining. 

Most amusing ever right now is to add the colour with fingerstips to a pale bland face and smear just a little bit.

Joka toinen askelma portaikosta on nyt maalattu ja kuivunut. Kaksi kerrosta kovaa, kiiltävää valkoista, joka toinen askelma sivelty vain kerran. 

Or in other words: Every other step of the staircase is now finished. Glossy white paint isn't quite even. But I tend to like the telltale signs of old age. Et tu? 
  

Le Plus Beau Du Quartier

Viikonloppumatka Pohjanmaalle oli virkistävä - nukuin koko ajan. Kiersin nurkuen ja haukotellen kirppareita muiden mukana, ja päädyin ainoana tuhlaamaan. Tuhlasin muun muassa tähän jalkalamppuun.

Or in other words: Weekend trip to northern west coast was relaxing - slept almost the entire trip. On a local flea market I came across with this vintage beauty.
